Research Musings

As I do more research and write more stories/books about my various subject matters, I tend to end up with a love-hate relationship with the TV or movies that portray the subjects.

Example: - TURN: Washington's Spies - love, absolutely adored Seth Numrich's portrayal of Benjamin Tallmadge (for the most part). Now...kind of want to rail at the writers for half of their plotlines they gave Ben (and making him more of a wuss than the badass and slight hardass he really was).

- Robin Hood (BBC) - thought Jonas Armstrong's "hip" Robin Hood was pretty cool. Wrote some stories, did research into Crusades and Robin Hood mythos...Now, kind of wanted to strangle the writers for Season 2 and 3 storylines (and also messing up King Richard's characterization).
